J2-IP dsRNA sequencing of cytoplasmic fractions from wildtype and DBR1 knockout HEK293T cells

Wildtype and DBR1 knockout HEK293T cell lines were grown, harvested and fractionated to obtain cytoplasmic fraction samples. For each replicate, an aliquot of total cytoplasmic RNA was taken and the remaining cytoplasmic RNA underwent immunoprecipitation with the J2 antibody. The total and J2-IP RNA samples were sent to Azenta Life Sciences for library preparation and strand-specific RNA sequencing.
