The supporting information file provides details of the experimental setups for direct tension tests and modified split Hopkinson pressure and tension bar tests, along with data processing procedures. Validation of the proposed inverse hyperbolic-linear (iHL) model is presented. The analytical solution for stress wave transmission based on the combined BB-iHL model is evaluated using dynamic compression and tension tests on discontinuities.
