RNA-Seq analyses of Liver of Neat1 knockout mice fed with high fat diet

Neat1 KO mice exhibit differential increase of body weight when fed with high fat diet. To investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the phenotype, liver samples were prepared from wildtype and knockout mice and used for RNA-Seq analyses. Ribosomal RNAs were removed using ribozero kit before the library preparation.
