Development of a Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Model Based on Tunjuk Ajar Melayu to Strengthen Civic Skills Among Senior High School Students in Riau Province, Indonesia

This dataset was generated to (1) demonstrate the data structure of the Civic Skills Scale for Riau Secondary Students (CSS-RSS), (2) enable replication planning, and (3) satisfy F1000Research open data policy pending real data collection. INSTRUMENT: CSS-RSS — 30 items, 3 subscales (Civic Knowledge, Civic Dispositions, Civic Participation), Likert 1–4, total range 30–120. STUDY DESIGN: R&D ADDIE + quasi-experimental pre-test/post-test. n=140 (70 Experimental, 70 Control), 4 SMA in Riau Province, Indonesia. Intervention: VCT-TAM (8 weeks).
