Evaluating innovation efficiency in technology industry

It is an unbalanced panel dataset comprises 2,180 firm-year observations spanning a ten-year period from 2012 to 2021 and across eleven countries. It contains 9 variables' raw data, which are two inputs variables: R&D and Num_of_Employees; one output: Revenue in the first stage. And are six variables in the second stage. It contains 3 kinds of efficiency outcomes, including technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.
