Gene Expression Study in Progranulin-Deficient Mice

Study of brain regions from GRN KO, Heterozygous and WT mice at different time points (2-6-9 months) Cortex, cerebellum and hippocampus were dissected and studied at 2-6-9 months from KO (-/-), Het (-/+), and WT (+/+) animals本研究针对不同时间节点（2、6、9月龄）的GRN敲除（GRN KO）、杂合子（Heterozygous，简称Het）与野生型（Wild Type，简称WT）小鼠的脑区展开相关研究，实验过程中对2、6、9月龄的GRN敲除纯合子（-/-）、杂合子（-/+）及野生型（+/+）小鼠的大脑皮层、小脑与海马体进行了解剖并开展分析。
