Data for article "Concordance of Freehand 3D Ultrasound Muscle Measurements With Sarcopenia Parameters in a Geriatric Rehabilitation Ward"

This dataset includes : - 3D segmentations and 2D US image for 3 muscles of the right lower limb (rectus femoris, vastus laterialis, tibialis anterior) of 58 patients from a geriatric ward. - Clinical measurements : age, height, weight, BMI, strength (hand-grip, knee extension and ankle dorsiflexion), physical performance (gait speed, five time to sit and stand up test), nutrition (MNA, biometrics), all data for the calculation of appendicular skeletal muscle mass (ASMM).
