A ground-truth test of shrub density point counts on Google Earth in Carrizo Plain National Monument, California

The following dataset contains a subset of 200 randomly selected lizard observed and possible locations that were later ground-truthed by researchers. The shrub densities were first calculated using satellite imagery (shrub_density) and then later confirmed in the field (ground_truth).
