Supplemental information for A Cross-Sectional Analysis of Medicaid Acceptance Among U.S. Dermatology Residency Training Programs

This supplement contains the telephone script that researchers used to contact dermatology clinics that served as training programs for ACGME-accredited dermatology residency programs. This supplement also contains a supplemental table containing descriptive data of calls placed to different geographic regions for each month of the study.
