资源简介:
We used LPS-stimulated chicken HD11 macrophage-like cell as a model to identify the key transcription factors involved in transcriptome regulation responsible for SeMC treatment. RNA-seq identified 3,263 transcripts significantly differentially expressed between the SeMC treated group and the control group, and 1,344 transcripts significantly differentially expressed between LPS+SeMC and LPS treated group (FDR 1.5). Bioinformatic analysis revealed that six transcription factors, NFKB2, RFX2, E2F5, ETV5, BACH1, and E2F7 were candidate genes for transcriptome regulation in SeMC treated HD11 cells. Overall design: The samples for RNA-seq experiment were collected from four treatment groups with three replicates for each group, the SeMC (Se-methyselenocysteine)+PBS, SeMC+LPS, LPS and Control (PBS).
