ScRNAseq reveals allergen-specific signatures in human gdT cells

gdT cells, offering a foundation for understanding their role in allergic diseases and potential theraTeutic interventions. The role of gamma-delta T (gdT) cells in immune responses to common allergens is poorly und we defined the immune signatures of allergen-reactive gdT cells responding to common allergens, cockroach (CR) and mouse (MO), using sc RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) and a novel Activation-Induced Marker (AIM) flow cytometry assay to provide a high-resolution map of the transcriptional landscapes of gdT cells.
