Cytotoxic activities of deoxytylophorinine and its derivatives <i>in vitro.</i>

aIC50 values are the test compounds concentration (µM) that inhibited the cell growth by 50%. Data represent the mean values ± standard deviation of three dependent experiments performed in triplicate (*, p<0.05 compared with compound 1; **, p<0.01 compared with compound 1; #, p<0.05 compared with Doxorubicin; ##, p<0.01 compared with Doxorubicin). These IC50 values were all measured for 72 h treatment. IC50 values for 24 h treatment were in Table S1.
