Methanogen mcrA NGS amplicon data - Higher methane emissions appear an inevitable consequence of natural warming

Targeted amplicon NGS data for functional microbial target genes to characterise methanogens (mcrA) and methanotrophs (pmoA) that drive methanogenesis.Sediment samples collected from high latitude streams across 5 sites during 2016 and 2017. Locations were Iceland, Alaska, Greenland (2016), Kamchatka, Svalbard (2017).These sequences will need to be split by as they contain multiple amplicons per run.
