Microbial Communities in Soil and Groundwater from Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico

Microbial communities were characterized in soil and groundwater samples collected from sites at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Samples were collected as a part of a larger project aimed at evaluating sources, fate, and mobility of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) at the Air Force Base.
