Supplementary Dataset for Recursive Prime Permutation Mapping (RPPM): Prime Permutation Libraries, Transition Matrices, Spectral Analysis, and Statistical Results

This repository contains the complete supplementary dataset accompanying the manuscript "Recursive Prime Permutation Mapping (RPPM)". The archive includes prime permutation libraries, frequency tables, Shannon entropy calculations, Markov transition matrices, normalized Laplacian spectra, spectral analysis results, exponential versus power-law analyses, figures, spreadsheets, and source datasets used throughout the study. All files are provided to ensure full reproducibility of the computational analyses presented in the manuscript.
