资源简介:
Hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) is the main active ingredient of safflower, a medicinal plant that has beneficial effects on a variety of lung diseases. However, the impact of HSYA on acute lung injury (ALI) has not been fully elucidated. The gut microbiota represents a complex system that is essential for maintaining immune homeostasis and facilitating crosstalk between the lungs and intestines. Many research efforts indicate that modulating the makeup of gut microbiota and its metabolites through pharmacological interventions constitutes a significant advancement in the treatment of lung diseases. To assess the impact of HSYA on the gut microbiota in mice with ALI, we conducted 16S sequencing analysis of mouse feces.
