ML scripts and data for Buzacott et al. "Drivers and annual totals of methane emissions from Dutch peatlands (2024)"

This repository includes the machine learning (ML) scripts, data, and output for the article "Drivers and annual totals of methane emissions from Dutch peatlands" submitted to Global Change Biology. The scripts utilise the ML FCH4 gapfilling framework described in Irvin et al. (2021) (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.agrformet.2021.108528) which is available at https://github.com/stanfordmlgroup/methane-gapfill-ml and needed to run the scripts.
