CNV IDs (see S3 Table) and associated copy number states for gain CNVs encompassing the PDGFRB locus. Tumour identifiers, clades and clade groups, and copy number state within each tumour are shown. The number of tumours carrying each CNV and the locations and years in which these tumours were sampled are listed. CNV127 was sampled in 5 tumours, 4 located in Freycinet and 1 located in Bicheno, approximately 10 kilometres from Freycinet. (XLSX)
