Dimerization of p-S133-CREB1

Based on studies in rat cells, activation of CREB1 by phosphorylation at serine residue S133 induces formation of CREB1 homodimers which are able to bind DNA (Yamamoto et al. 1988). The DNA binding and dimerization domains reside in the C-terminal region of CREB1 (Yun et al. 1990).基于对鼠细胞的研究，丝氨酸残基S133位的磷酸化激活CREB1，诱导形成CREB1同源二聚体，该二聚体能够结合DNA（Yamamoto等，1988年）。DNA结合域和二聚化域位于CREB1的C端区域（Yun等，1990年）。
