MicrobELP - domain specific count data (14 domains) plus individual articles annotated

Count data for each domain surveyed in the literature review, as well as the 'combined' dataset that can be used as background reference. Each element is an NCBI Taxonomy ID. Additionally it includes all articles in BioC json format with annotations made by the NER and NEN models described in the manuscript. The domain specific count data stems from the result sections from these articles, where the combined data are annotations made in any section of an article.
