Dataset for: Radiological and Dose Assessment of River Sediments from the Bitumen Belt of Ondo State, Southwestern Nigeria

This dataset contains activity concentrations of naturally occurring radionuclides (²³⁸U, ²³²Th, and ⁴⁰K) measured in 42 river sediment samples collected from the bitumen belt of Ondo State, southwestern Nigeria. The dataset also includes calculated radiological hazard indices such as radium equivalent activity, absorbed dose rate, hazard indices, annual effective dose equivalents, annual gonadal dose equivalent, activity utilization index, and excess lifetime cancer risk.
