This dataset focuses on the knowledge cognition and representation requirements of networked collaborative manufacturing factories for smart manufacturing, and is primarily oriented towards research on pharmaceutical knowledge extraction, representation and fusion. It is based on the knowledge extraction and representation algorithm integrating multi-layer attention and graph neural networks, and mainly records the experimental process of this algorithm on the zhangDDI dataset. The dataset contains data on drug feature knowledge representation based on deep learning under the drug interaction prediction task, with a total of 544 entries.
