Abiotic drivers of co-occurrence and diversity patterns of Calopterygidae species in Amazonian protected freshwaters

We collected data from 98 first to second-order streams in the Brazilian
Amazon (9W 12' 36", 51S 41' 46"). The biological data
were collected by the fixed-sweeping method, using an entomological net in
a 150-m stream stretch, from 10 AM to 02 PM, performed by one researcher.
The abiotic data were measured by using a multiparameter probe and visual
protocols, addressing limnological and physical structuring variables. The
protocol is described in the main manuscript.
