Erbil Cardiovascular Health Dataset (ECHD)

This dataset consists of records from 334 visitors to Dr. Shwan Amen's Private Clinic Centre in Erbil City, in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, collected between November 2018 and April 2019. The dataset contains 20 features and a target variable. The features are classified into four categories: demographic, physical examinations and symptomatic, medical lab tests, and diagnostic features. Data collection involved physical tests, ECG tests, Echo tests, blood profile tests, and interviews. The data was collected and preprocessed by MSc student Hangaw Qadir Ahmed, with the research workflow designed and supervised by Prof. Ibrahim Ismael Hamarash. Dr. Shwan Amen participated as the domain expert and labeled the data, while Dr. Banan conducted the tests and interviews with the patients. The features and their abbreviations are listed in the table below.
