Analysis code and derived data: pigmentation-pathway causality in keratinocyte carcinogenesis (ASIP-MC1R axis vs immune-protease signals)

Analysis code, derived result tables and figures for the manuscript 'Pigmentation-pathway causality in keratinocyte carcinogenesis: colocalization identifies the ASIP-MC1R axis and rejects immune-protease signals'. Contents: results.zip (every derived table), scripts.zip (the full pipeline, t1_00-t1_24), figures.zip (main figures as PNG and 300-dpi LZW TIFF) and DEPOSIT_README.md, which states which generation of each table is authoritative. Changes in this version: protein panel size, the benign-control gene list, the analysed single-cell count and the colocalization window are corrected; the cell-type eQTL layer is reported from one authoritative generation for all four endpoints; a pigmentation-trait layer was added (pigmentation MR, ASIP cis-pQTL colocalization against eight pigmentation traits with window and prior sensitivity, negative-control traits, Steiger directionality); pre-fix tables are quarantined in results/superseded_pre_fix with a README explaining why they must not be used.
