Data set and code accompanying the publication "Computing focused beam transmissions of photonic crystals using angular spectrum field synthesis" in Optics Express 2025. This package is organized as follows: # /DataThis folder contains all raw (Lumerical) data and the Lumerical code and files to produce the data. Additionally it contains a python script to perform merging of data sets. It is organized in to the Gaussian beam simulations and plane wave simulations. # /pc-field-synthesisThis folder contains the python scripts to perform the field synthesis. The scripts "create_plotdata.py" produces all processed data ready to be plotted. # /FiguresThis folder contains all figures (png and pdf) of the publication and the python scripts to produce these figures from the processed data produced by "create_plotdata.py".
