冠脉造影血管分割标注图集

回顾性收集中国医学科学院阜外医院行冠状动脉造影患者图像，由医院心血管介入诊疗影像分析核心实验室专业的影像分析师进行冠脉血管及节段标注，冠状动脉各节段采用不同颜色的进行像素级的标记。共标注血管分割图像14938张，标注的图像用于冠脉血管分割深度学习模型的训练和测试。This dataset includes retrospectively collected coronary angiography images from patients who underwent coronary angiography at Fuwai Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Professional image analysts from the hospital's Core Laboratory of Cardiovascular Interventional Imaging Analysis conducted annotations of coronary vessels and their respective segments, with each coronary segment being pixel-level labeled using distinct colors. A total of 14,938 vascular segmentation images were annotated, and these labeled images were used for training and testing deep learning models for coronary vessel segmentation.
