Metabolomic analysis of soybean pod responses to Fusarium verticillioides infection

This dataset contains LC-MS-based untargeted metabolomics data from soybean pods in response to Fusarium verticillioides infection. A resistant cultivar (D49) and a susceptible cultivar (ND12) were analyzed to compare their metabolic responses. The data include raw mass spectrometry files and processed metabolite features. The study aims to characterize differences in defense-related metabolism, including isoflavonoid accumulation and lipid-associated responses, between genotypes under pathogen stress.
