Pangasblum study dataset

Data corresponding to patients included in the Pangasblum study. Comparative evaluation of the postoperative pancreatic fistula rate in patients with pancreatic and periampullary tumors undergoing cephalic duodenopancreatectomy, in one group reconstructing the pancreatoenteric communication using Blumgart anastomosis and in another using pancreatogastric anastomosis. Patients over 18 years of age diagnosed with pancreatic and periampullary tumor pathology requiring cephalic duodenopancreatectomy 216 patients (108 control group and 108 experimental group)
