The datasets are replication materials for the research "Less Light and More Heavy Precipitation in World Urban Regions Captured through a Two-Way Subgrid Land-Atmosphere Coupling Framework in the NCAR CESM2". "CTL_precipitation.nc" shows daily grid precipitation in the CTL run using the default CESM2. "EXP_precipitation.nc" shows daily grid, urban, and rural precipitation in the EXP run using the proposed two-way subgrid land-atmosphere coupling framework.
