LK immunophenotype cells after sleep deprivation.

To investigate the effects of sleep deprivation on hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow and the changes in the bone marrow microenvironment, we constructed a single-cell atlas. After sorting the total bone marrow cells using LK (lin- c-kit+) magnetic beads and mixing the total bone marrow cells in a 1:1 ratio, single-cell library preparation and sequencing were performed.
