Invertebrate sample from Apis mellifera Raw sequence reads. Apis mellifera

This project aims to study the mRNA expression profile of Apis mellifera , comparing the differences between those inoculated with symbionts and those that are not. We will use total RNA extracted from the abdomens of these bees for RNA sequencing to elucidate the impact of symbionts on gene expression.
