Concepts and services for the homogenization and management of file structures in collaborative neuroscientific projects

This data set belongs to a joint project carried out by three neuroscientific Collaborative Research Centres (CRC/TRR 135, CRC 1315 and CRC 1158) with the support of the NFDI Neuroscience initiative with the aim of creating a homogeneous project structure. Two initial templates that had been created after analysing the research workflows within the CRCs (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3987767) were evaluated in a CRC-wide online survey. This data set consists of the Jupyter-Notebook-based evaluation of the survey specific to the CRC/TRR 135 on the one hand and the corresponding data on the other hand. The data set supplements the project poster presented at E-Science Tage 2021 (https://doi.org/10.11588/heidok.00029718).
