WT (−). Wild type mc2155 strain without tetracycline; WT (+). Wild type mc2155 strain induced with 20 ng/ml tetracycline; AS (−). M. smegmatis AS strain without tetracycline; AS (+). M. smegmatis AS strain induced with 20 ng/ml tetracycline. The experiment was carried out in triplicate, the mean value and standard deviation were indicated.
