Single-Cell Profiling Decodes Patagium Development in Gliding Mammal

This record contains processed data files and analysis code associated with the manuscript “Single-nucleus profiling of patagium development in a gliding mammal”. The uploaded files include processed Seurat objects for the full single-nucleus RNA-seq dataset and fibroblast subset analyses, together with analysis code used for downstream processing, visualization and figure generation.
