Minutes of the 76th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 16 March 2021 via teleconference. The Board approved minutes from the February meeting, confirmed the dates and logo for WLIC 2021, and authorized the Secretary General to finalize negotiations with the selected PCO. Key decisions included scheduling the 2021 General Assembly for 25 August, approving the August Governing Board meeting dates, and endorsing the Transition Committee’s decisions on nominations and elections. The Board also agreed on a pilot process for President-elect candidate interviews and addressed a casual vacancy in Division I.
