Transcriptome profiling of HeLa cells following MAGEA1 knockdown by shRNA

This project aims to perform transcriptome analysis of MAGEA1-knockdown HeLa cervical cancer cells to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways regulated by MAGEA1. Transcriptome profiling of HeLa cells was conducted following MAGEA1 knockdown by short hairpin RNA (shRNA), using a non-targeting shRNA as a control. The resulting RNA-seq data can be used to investigate the molecular functions of MAGEA1 and its potential roles in cancer-related signaling pathways.
