This dataset was used in [1] fig. 1e and [2] fig. 3a,d,g for visualization of the mechanical properties of the zebrafish spinal cord.<br><br>The AFM probe consisted of a polystyrene bead with a diameter of d = 37.28 ± 0.34 μm.
