This dataset contains codes and example data to reproduce main results of “Mesoscale functional connectivity in macaque visual areas”； Although the example data is only 8 minute long, it's sufficient to reproduce much of the single case results; All other raw data (99% remaining, ~1.1TB) used in the current study are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request
