The mouse endothelial cell lines

The bEnd.3 and UV?2 cells were mouse endothelial cell lines. The bEnd.3 cells were derived from the endothelial cells of the mouse brain and the UV?2 cells were established from an angioendothelioma-like tumor that developed on the skin of mice. We performed bulk RNA-seq analysis of these two cell lines to investigate the difference between these cells. Overall design: RNA-seq analysis of two mouse endothelial cell lines, bEnd.3 and UV?2. In detail, these cells were plated on a 10-cm dish. After confluency, cells were washed three times and cultured in serum-free conditions for 3 days.
