Transcriptome sequencing data of gene deletion strain of Aeromonas caviae AC-CY in 2024

This project aims to sequence and assemble transcriptome information of motx gene and fur gene deficient strains of guinea pig Aeromonas. Method: Construct a prokaryotic non chain specific transcriptome library using the Illumina platform. To provide data basis for subsequent research on the functional effects of gene deletion.
