Long-read sequencing data were generated for three Indian rhesus macaques using the PacBio Revio platform and the ONT P2 Solo platform. Each dataset includes at least 90 Gb of high-quality HiFi or ONT data. Notably, two individuals in the study, EAW and R02034, represent a parent-offspring pair. To assemble complete genomes, a custom pipeline was developed to integrate the data from both platforms effectively.
