Cortical diurnal rhythms remain intact with microglial depletion

This dataset allows for the exploration of cortical genes at across different timepoints (ZT2, ZT6, ZT10, ZT14, ZT 18, ZT22) in control C57BL/6J mice compared to microglia-depleted C57BL/6J mice (10 day PLX5622 treatment). C57BL/6J mice were fed either control diet or diet containing the CSF1R inhibitor PLX5622 (1200 ppm) for 10 days. Following treatment, brains were harvested at Zeitgeber times (ZT): ZT2, ZT6, ZT10, ZT14, ZT18, and ZT22. Brains were microdissected for bulk-tissue RNA sequencing (RNAseq) of the cortex. N=4 per group except for control ZT14 which has N=3.
本数据集可用于分析对照C57BL/6J小鼠与经10天PLX5622处理的小胶质细胞耗竭型C57BL/6J小鼠在不同时间点(ZT2、ZT6、ZT10、ZT14、ZT18、ZT22)的皮层基因表达情况。C57BL/6J小鼠分别喂食普通对照饲料或含有1200ppm集落刺激因子1受体(Colony Stimulating Factor 1 Receptor, CSF1R)抑制剂PLX5622的饲料,持续干预10天。干预结束后,研究人员于授时因子时间(Zeitgeber Time, ZT)ZT2、ZT6、ZT10、ZT14、ZT18及ZT22处采集小鼠脑组织,对脑组织进行显微解剖以开展皮层批量组织的RNA测序(RNAseq)。各组样本量均为N=4,仅对照ZT14组的样本量为N=3。
