Phosphorus is a necessary nutrient element for plant growth and development, but it is easy to combine with metal ions in soil to precipitate, which greatly limits the utilization rate of phosphorus. Burkholderia sp.ZP-4, as a phosphate-soluble bacterium, can dissolve the insoluble phosphate in soil, greatly relieving the limitation of phosphorus. Therefore, the development of its phosphate-soluble function is of great value for agriculture and forestry.
