Scylla olivacea Transcriptome or Gene expression

Current study strive to improve upon the knowledge of male mud crab, Scylla olivacea in Malaysian waters. The main focus of this study is to highlight, if any, the differential gene expression that occurs between different gonadal developmental stages of male mud crab. Subsequent development of potential bio-markers based on transcriptomic data serve as alternative for easy and accurate identification of male mud crab at different developmental stages.
