PROTEUS interior EOS tables: MgSiO3 (Wolf & Bower 2018, 1 TPa) in P-S format
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains pressure-entropy (P-S) lookup tables for solid and melt phases of MgSiO3, covering pressures up to 1 TPa, together with P-S melting curves. These tables are the canonical runtime input for the SPIDER magma ocean interior solver and the Aragog Python successor used by the PROTEUS coupled atmosphere-interior framework. ## Contents 10 phase-property files (melt and solid phases, 5 quantities each) in SPIDER's canonical 5-line header + 3-column format: - temperature_{melt,solid}.dat — T(P, S) in K- density_{melt,solid}.dat — rho(P, S) in kg/m^3- heat_capacity_{melt,solid}.dat — Cp(P, S) in J/kg/K- adiabat_temp_grad_{melt,solid}.dat — dT/dP at constant S in K/Pa- thermal_exp_{melt,solid}.dat — alpha(P, S) in 1/K 2 melting-curve files in 2-column (pressure, entropy) format: - solidus_P-S.dat — Andrault et al. 2011 solidus mapped to P-S coordinates- liquidus_P-S.dat — Hirschmann 2013 liquidus mapped to P-S coordinates A README.md file documenting the column scaling factors and unit conventions, and an md5sums.txt for integrity verification. ## File format All phase-property files use the SPIDER canonical header: # 5 <n_S> <n_P> # Pressure, Entropy, Quantity # column * scaling factor should be SI units # scaling factors (constant) for each column given on line below # <P_scale> <S_scale> <Q_scale> Multiply each column by its scaling factor to obtain SI units. Standard pressure scale is 1e9 (columns in GPa), standard entropy scale is 4805046.659407042 J/kg/K.
