FIRRM (also known as Apolo1, FINGL1-interacting regulator of recombination and mitosis, FLIP or C1orf112) colocalizes with PLK1 to kinetochores during prometaphase. The N-terminus of FIRRM (amino acids 1-176) binds to the C-terminal polo-box domain (PBD) of PLK1 (Xu et al. 2021).
FIRRM（亦称Apolo1、FINGL1互作重组和有丝分裂调节因子、FLIP或C1orf112）在前期与PLK1共定位至着丝粒。FIRRM的N端（氨基酸1-176）与PLK1的C端 polo-box 结构域（PBD）结合（Xu等，2021年）。
