16S ribosomal RNA amplicon sequencing of nasal lavage fluid from mice

We conducted 16S ribosomal RNA amplicon sequencing on nasal lavage fluid (NLF) to assess whether intranasal ribavirin treatment alters the abundance and composition of the nasal commensal bacteria in mice. Our findings indicated that the treatment did not significantly impact these microbial parameters.
