Changes in histone acetylation can affect transcriptional activation and inhibition of target genes. To explore the potential function of H4K8ac abundance changes caused by acetyl-CoA fluctuations caused by SUCLG2 succinylation in bovine ovarian granulosa cells, we used CUT & Tag analysis to determine the downstream regulatory pathway of H4K8ac in granulosa cells. The corresponding sequencing data were obtained in WT, SUCLG2 ( K93 + 101E ) and SUCLG2 ( K93 + 101R ) granulosa cells.
