The dataset primarily contains invention patent and utility model patent data related to sitagliptin phosphate sourced from the Global Patent Database. A proprietary algorithm is employed to evaluate and categorize the patent data, allowing users to gain insights into the variations of sitagliptin phosphate patent data from both horizontal and vertical perspectives, and facilitating the comprehension of the intellectual property work outcomes of sitagliptin phosphate. By comparing the sitagliptin phosphate patent data of different enterprises or individuals, the disparities in their technological innovation capabilities and innovation levels can be discerned. The comprehensive scoring method is utilized for classification: - Category A: Strategic value ≥ 50 points, economic value ≥ 20 points, market value ≥ 50 points, legal value ≥ 60 points, and technological value ≥ 30 points; - Category B: Strategic value ranges from 40 to 50 points (excluding 50), economic value ≥ 20 points, market value ≥ 30 points, legal value ≥ 70 points, and technological value ≥ 30 points; - All remaining cases are classified as Category C.
